When it came to waterslide insulation, there were two options: using traditional spray-on foam or insulation pads. Both are unattractive and provide less-than-stellar results in terms of temperature control and guest comfort. There had to be a better way to provide excellent insulation for waterslides without detracting from the look of the design.

A New Breed of Waterslide Insulation
We looked beyond the idea that insulation was an exterior-only component and found a way to add it during the fabrication process instead of after installation. It’s called KEEP IT COZYTM, and it’s our latest advancement in helping waterpark owners combat winter’s icy temperatures.

KEEP IT COZY is a unique layer of insulation added to the core of our fiberglass waterslides. It not only provides a more comfortable ride for guests, but it also helps waterpark owners save money on utility costs.

An insulating material’s resistance to conductive heat flow is rated in terms of its R-value. The higher the R-value, the greater the insulation’s effectiveness. Fiberglass waterslides fabricated with KEEP IT COZYTM are approximately 7 times the R-value of traditional waterslides, which preserves water and air temperature.
